General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for NEPCE

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the rights and obligations between NEPCE (hereinafter "we", "us" or "NEPCE") and the users of the services offered. By using our services, you agree to these GTC.

scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by NEPCE, including, but not limited to, consulting services, brokerage services and other contractually agreed services.

Conclusion of the contract

  1. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer accepts an offer or orders a service in writing.

  2. Any changes or additions to the agreement must be made in writing.

Services

  1. Private Dinners

    1. Creation of individual menus based on the customer's wishes and preferences.

    2. Use of fresh, seasonal ingredients.

    3. On-site cooking service, including table service if agreed.

    4. Prices are calculated based on menu selection, number of guests and special requirements.

  2. cooking classes

    1. Individual training on various topics, such as the preparation of seasonal dishes, the refinement of cooking techniques and the creative presentation of food.

    2. Provision of all necessary ingredients and utensils, unless otherwise agreed.

    3. Courses are held either at the customer’s home or at an agreed venue.

  3. holiday home arrangement

    1. Providing on-site cooking services to guests or holiday home owners.

    2. Creation of menu plans for individual meals, weekly stays or longer periods.

    3. Inclusion of special requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan or allergen-free dishes.

    4. On request: shopping service and storage of ingredients in the holiday home.

  4. Events & Catering

    1. Planning and implementation of culinary concepts for events such as birthdays, anniversaries or company celebrations.

    2. Provision of finger food, buffets or multi-course menus.

    3. Arrangements regarding service personnel, decoration and additional equipment are made individually.

    4. Costs are calculated based on the number of guests, menu selection and additional services.

conclusion of the contract

  1. The contract is concluded by written confirmation of the offer by the customer.

  2. Changes or additions to the services must be agreed in writing.

Prices & Payment Terms

  1. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of VAT.

  2. A deposit of 50% may be required upon booking.

  3. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of service provision.

cancellation policy

  1. Private dinners and cooking courses: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the agreed date, after which 50% of the agreed costs will be charged. Costs of expenses already incurred must also be covered.

  2. Holiday home arrangement and events & catering: Free cancellation up to 14 days before the agreed date, after which 75% of the agreed costs will be charged. Costs of expenses already incurred must also be covered.

Liability

  1. Nepce is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

  2. No liability is accepted for health reactions if the customer does not inform us in advance of specific food intolerances.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law.

  2. The place of jurisdiction is Seewis-Schmitten, Switzerland.
